MTN's courier choices

I recently contacted MTN online to purchase a phone. Their Courier is DSV Couriers. DSV contacted me to arrange a date and time - 30th April between 12 p.m and 2 p.m - to deliver the parcel. I contacted them twice on the 30th April to know whete they were with my parcel, they told me they couldn't get the driver on the phone and told me that they would email the Witbank branch and get back to me. They never dit.

Today on the 2nd May I called them again to ask if they were going to deliver my parcel. We arranged the date and time again - 2nd May between 2p.m and 3 p.m - and they still haven't arrived with my parcel yet.

I am highly disappointed in the courier people MTN chose to use to deliver parcels to your front door.
