MTN Sim not RICA'd
Can someone please contact me regarding my MTN sim card that has not been rica'd? I supp**** the delivery guy with a copy of my ID and proof of residence but it has not been captured/Rica'd yet. When I called I was told it should only take 24 hours, yet my SIM is still rica blocked. I have been waiting for dsv to call me back after they promised to escalate but still not a word. Really, I am tired of dsv's poor service. This is not the first time.
