MTN should really consider a different courier for their deliveries. DSV is useless
I wish I could rate them 0 stars. I have used up so much airtime calling this useless business between yesterday and today. They have a bunch of useless drivers who lie about having biometrics issues yesterday. Today's lie is that they've tried delivering but I wasn't around. Been sitting around all day like a fool, waiting on them. Now they just keep putting me on hold because they have no answers for me. I wish MTN would use a different courier because DSV is beyond useless!!! I'm holding for 20 minutes as I type this. After calling them for the 10th time today.
