MTN please use other courier service
MTN contracted DSV to deliver my phone. My experience started with the DSV call centre telling me, they will phone me to book delivery, I should not phone them. The next day, I phoned again and eventually got a delivery booked. Then on the day, they come to deliver, but the biometric machine doesn’t work. So I could not get my phone that was right in front of me. And now need to wait until the rebook a delivery, and hope their biometric machine does work that time?
