MTN package
My MTN package was due for delivery on 15/11/22 The morning I received a sms that my package will be delivered between 10 and 13h00. No one even called me and no delivery attempt was made. On the 16/11/22 I received an email that the delivery attempt failed on the 14th @ 20:00. No one at DSV answers the phone, it just ring and ring. This is very poor service delivery.
