MTN Contract - Iphone 8 at DSV ffor a week and a half and still no delivery

I've been waiting on my IPhone delivery from DSV on behalf of MTN since last week. I've been calling and each time I am kept on hold for 30min+ yet nobody can assist me. They promised to deliver today, yet I have still not heard back from them as to when the delivery will be here. I leave work soon and still no word. Am currently on hold for the second time today. The first time I was on hold for 35mins before my call was cut from their side. Meanwhile MTN have knocked off early and so the agent Nosi who promised to get back to me about their courier is clearly off on her early weekend. What lovely service from both DSV and MTN. FYI, I ordered my phone on 1 November and its 1 December already and the debit order has already come off yet I STILL HAVE NO PHONE.!!!!

I've sent the email as per your response below. I'm still on hold with your company listening to bad music. This is by far the worst experience I've had upgrading my phone and I'll never use this method again. I'll certainly tell anyone who will listen to never use it either not if it means having to go through all of this to get a phone that I've paid for already. I leave here in 45mins and then what's the excuse from your side as nobody has communicated anything to me today besides this response from you after a complaint on this platform. I've sent the email - it hasn't been opened not read yet.
