MTN CELLPHONE DELIVERY
Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. A very bad service from both DSV and MTN.
I've been calling the Durban branch since early morning, to no avail. The agent I did eventually speak to, was rude and they simply transfer calls and send you from pillar to post with no assistance. The Newcastle branch is no different. Calls are being answered, yet DSV is sitting with our orders.
A subpar service with no regard for people.

08 Mar 2023, 09:35I received a call from a lady from DSV on the day I wrote a review. She said my case was being attended and she would revert to be before end of business. She didn't. Yesterday went by also and still no call back from DSV. They are to date still not taking calls and it seems DSV has no intention of resolving my issue. Sheer incompetence. 🚮
