MTN and DSV online application

This company took my MTN parcel to different location around the country, when ever i make an arrangement for my parcel to be delivered at home they put a day which is far then the next day they say we are outside in an unknown location. When i speak with MTN for the parcel to be delivered at the shop they say i should arrange with DSV say i should arrange with MTN. If you want a contract phone go straight to the shop, i don't believe they can be anyone in the world who can bear the frustrations from this Nonsense. Very bad service and rude consultants.
