MTN contract upgraded, been waiting for almost a month now for delivery with a few calls confirming delivery address. Once again received a call last week confirming that delivery will take place on 11 August 2022 between 12:00 and 14:00 at my office........its 12 August 2022....still waiting. If you call DSV, you cannot speak to anyone because of high caller volumes.....wonder WHY???? Then you get the option that they will call you back, well I've tried that....absolutely no success.... What now..... Please MTN consider someone else.
