Most useless Courier service ever
The most useless courier service error. They were supposed to deliver today but they loaded the parcel with the incorrect driver and now wants to deliver the Christmas present next week Wednesday because of their own incompetance. They do not apologise or anything for their mistake, instead they want you as the customer to apologise. The only apology I have for them is the fact that I used them
