Most Pathetic Courier

The worst courier company I ever delt with,I had to reschedule a flight because of their incompetence just to wait and receive a damn Courier. They don't respond to emails they don't call you back. My delivery was scheduled for Thursday,no one turned up,do they realize that we arrange our timing accordingly to our deliveries. They have no accountability,the lady who spoke on the fone eventually was dumb founded, Not trained to deal with situations like this.very blank responses.this is not my first bad experience with this company that is why I am making it a point to post all over social media about there bad service, if they don't know how to run a business they need to get people who do know,because I am still waiting from Friday till now for management to call,and they don't care so they won't call.Most pathetic service ever,I Will never Support or purchase things from companies that deal with DSV. Especially Electronics, seems like they have ulterior motives.the best part is when you complain they say they forward the complaint to the relevant department,I don't think this department exists in this company.they just have a professional automated message to look Or to try and make themselves look good.
