Miss placed delivery
Worst service ever. My mtn contract was scheduled for delivery yesterday between 3-5 pm and it wasn’t delivered. After numerous calls from my side out of my own pocket i traked my parcel to PE and according to the customer service they don’t deliver in my area only the George branch delivers to my area. So to transfer te package to george could take another 3-5 business days and only the they would arrange for delivery. This mistake is on their part and they should fix it asap.
