Misplaced order
MTN upgrade and still waiting since 20th. Call centre called me to inform me that my phone has been sent to Durban, I called yesterday and all the person could tell me in Durban is that they no longer have the phone she couldn’t give me details nor could I speak to a manager. Super bad service!!!!! Do I have to wait a month before I get my upgrade??? Can someone please let me know when my phone will be delivered
