MFA Delivery

I ordered from MFA who happen to use DSV for deliveries. I have been tracking my parcel on the link provided and the delivery date was 7/4. No one called to confirm the delivery, and no one even bothered to inform me that they couldn't find my address. On top of that, I had to skip 2 days of work to avail myself for the delivery but still no comms, had I not called I wouldn't have known that they could not find my house.

Last night I set Tshepiso and Lauren emails to request changing the delivery address to my office address because I cant skip work and there's no one at home to receive the parcel. This morning I called and spoke to my Makgotso and confirmed that they have changed the delivery address. To my disappointment, Lauren is sending me emails with pictures of houses I don't know. What the **** is going on there???? There is no communication between you and your customers, no communication among yourselves, just ****ty service. It's very disappointing, to be honest.

I need this issue sorted ASAP!!!!!! I need my parcel delivered today 10/4 or 11/4 to my office because I don't work weekends.
