Lost parcel claim. DSV coriers

I will never recommend anyone to use DSV coriers. My parcel got lost in January, apparently the track that was supposed to deliver my parcel was hijacked. I was told to fill in the claim/refund form to claim the money i lost. I fill in a claim form somewhere in March im awaiting for the refund till today. I tried calling them several times they are always telling me the representative handling my case will call me back. I need my money back.
