liers and *********** staff

<p>I have waited for my delivery from Mtn i received an sms and a call on Wed last week telling me that my parcel will be delivered on Monday by lady from their head office. Today around 14h00 i called the head office looking at the time and teansfered to east london i spoke with the lady there not taken her name but was a xhosa speaking lady she told me that the parcel is out for delivery and i will receive it before the end of the day.Around 16h00 i called again and transfered to east london again spoken with Jenine she took the parcel number and my contact number said she will call me in 5min I told her that I am knocking off @16h15 I waited 5 min gone up to 16h35 I called again and transfered to east london phone rings with no answer until 16h50 Jenine picked the phone and told that I have been waiting for her call she promised to call me back to my suprise she denied everything that shows she didnt take notes she said she cant remember speaking with me and asked for the parcel number again while i am holding she asked from Yolanda if i did call her earlier on mind you i knocked off i am using my cellphone i am waiting outside for the parcel to be delivered after a while she cameback to me and said the parcel is not out its still there in their office in EL. I asked why do the lady **** to me? Why am i suppose to follow them while the sms came from them confirming the delivery today.Why do they have to inconvience me for no reason because if she should have told me from the beginning i would bother myself by keep on calling them.Parcel number is FO ********** 564</p>
