Lazy drivers and unprofessional service

The driver took 40 minutes to deliver my parcel. He entered our estate at 16h49 and left at 17h33. He called me at 16h54 and apparently had the incorrect delivery address however the delivery address is clearly stated on the envelope. When he called I confirmed the street name and he said he’ll put it in on his device, so if he has a GPS why would it take that long to deliver and why not just put it in on the GPS in the first place. When he arrived he sat in his car, called me again, was too lazy to get out of his vehicle and knock on the front door. My husband had to go out to him. It is honestly very unprofessional and poor service.
