LAZY DISGUSTING USELESS STAFF AND SERVICE

I received an sms this morning that my parcel (study material that I am in desperate need of to prepare for my exams)WILL be delivered by close of business today i.e 17H00.Reference QWRZT***9. When I called at 16:33pm I spoke to lady by the name of Loage claiming my parcel is out on delivery but would not give a reference number as they "Do not provide call reference numbers". I then called again at 17:38pm and I spoke to a lady that mumbled a name along the lines of Ntombi. I asked her where my parcel is as it is way passed 17H00 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL. She said "looking at the time I dont think you will get your parcel today "ever so casual without a care . I told her I had the same issue the last time with this USELESS COURIER When I ordered something from Durban and I was told by the driver that they do not deliver in my part of town as it is dangerous-Eden park to be exact. She asked to put me on hold to "investigate" knowing full well she would keep me holding for over 20minutes as the lines automatically cut me you off at 19H00as it is home time for these useless agents. As I type I'm stuck in limbo without a clue where my books lay and DSV does not give a flying ***. I hate this company with a passion I recommend it to absolutely NOBODY. DISGUSTING NO PRIDE IN THEIR JOB . MAKES ME SICK!
