Late/non delivery of credit card

My credit card was ****** in Johannesburg on Thursday 14 May, and after immediately cancelling the card I was told by ABSA Bank that my new credit card would be delivered within 3 to 4 working days. On 19 May I received an sms from UTI couriers to confirm address for delivery. On Wednesday 27 May I called UTI as no delivery has been made, stressing the urgency of having my credit card delivered to the confirmed address. I was then told that the card was scheduled to be delivered on the same day, Wednesday 27 May. This morning, 1 June, I called UTI again as I still haven't received any delivery, and was informed that my credit card would be delivered on 3 June. On Wednesday 3 June I will have been waiting 14 days for the delivery of my credit card. I find this unacceptable, and as this is not the first bad experience I've had with UTI, I would truly never choose to use this courier company (should there be any choice, which in this case I don't have).
