LATE DELIVERY OF UNISA TEXTBOOKS

I still haven't received my textbooks for my studies with unisa. The tracking says they were returned to branch in Capetown. I stay in joburg, I don't know why they were dispatched from joburg to Capetown? I have already had an assignment due and I had to source other books to do it. This is very inconvinient and costly to students. No call was made to rectify any problems etc.
