Late delivery again!!!!

I was promised that my parcel will be delivered at the latest on Wednesday afternoon. It is now a day later, and no parcel!!! The parcel contains 2 way radios that my customer needs for their overland trip starting on Friday. guess they will not have communications on their trip now . At the end of the day, it is me that looks like i am *********** of doing my job. Well,....UTI Sun Couriers...you are actually the ***********, useless, clueless and don't give a **** company!!! I now have to refund the customer because i cant deliver the goods that i promised!!!! You, UTI Sun Courier give businesses a bad name!!!!!!
