Late and unreliable!!

I guess the other reviews speak for themselves. What a completely unreliable courier company. I set aside a two hour window, at their suggestion, for my parcel to be delivered. I was told that I would get a phone call to receive a more accurate delivery time. The two hours have come and gone. No call received. I can't understand how this company remains in business???
