Lack of service delivery
I was called on Wednesday and I was told that a delivery for my parcel has been scheduled for Friday between 11 and 13:00. I still haven't received my parcel and there is no communication from anyone whatsoever. I ****ed want my parcel as in yesterday!!!!!
