Lack of ownership

<p>DST/UTI claim to attemp to have delivered a onedayonly parcel last wednesday to a work address and say no-answer to calls - funny that the company has 5 receptionist as you enter the building :(. Called their call centre to be told order will come the next day Thursday 15th - well that didnt happen, call the call centre again to be told parcel did not leave the warehouse. NOW i need to change delivery address which only got updated on Monday 19th - just marvellous!!! was then told delivery will happen today Tuesday 20th - GUESS WHAT!!!! No delivery!!! speak to multiple agents who just read whats on their system and not one has actual taken ownership of this non delivered ordered or even gone to a supervisor or manager to assist - wonder when i will recieve this order?</p>
