Just pathetic! What a joke!
What a joke! Honestly the worst service delivery ever experienced in South Africa. After receiving an email at 18:00 on the 23rd of December saying my order was out on delivery, then suddenly the parcels dimensions changed at midnight, no one can tell me how or why? Then to be told on the 30th that the parcel is again out for delivery and guess what still not delivered? After having them tell me they can see the parcel was signed out on the 30th??
Just pathetic to be honest!
