Honestly speaking I’m utterly disgusted by your service. I took a day out of my busy schedule airing for you guys to deliver my package and I even called I was out on hold for over 15 minutes and still no one was at the end to actually answer my calls….

13 Oct 2022, 09:20I actually ended up calling cause I know you just wrote up such responses and no one actually calls back I spoke to a Nelly she seemed unsure of her story but she told me the driver decided not to drop off my parcel and no one bothered not to inform me she went on to say please hold I kept holding for over 3 minutes then she ends the call !!!! . If Discovery is serious about business they will end whatever contract they have with you guys ! Bunch of unprofessional people!!!!!

13 Oct 2022, 12:28After the whole day of empty promises by the complainants person Thando . A Lebogang calls me and tells me that they cannot deliver in my area because it’s unsafe for their drivers!! So now I’m confused? Do you only deliver to suburbs???
