It's a nightmare dealing with DSV Road!!!!

I'm having the most awful service with this company it's absolutely disgusting. On the 10-01-2024 my MTN order was scheduled for the following day 11-01-2024 between 10am and 12pm, I received a text in the morning confirming delivery.I made arrangements to be available no body attempted to call me or even send an email explaining what's going on, I had to call their customer care department only to be told the order was scheduled for the 12-01-2024 which I didn't request okay fine again I received a text in the morning confirming delivery between 10am and 12pm. Again another disappointment the lady called apparently the driver had some issue therefore they cannot deliver. Now we rescheduled delivery for tomorrow the 13-01-2024 which is so inconvenient because I'm going to have to travel more than 20km back to the delivery address maybe to be told a different story. I'm so furious due to the unprofessionalism of this company!!!!!!!
