Items ****** with no recourse

I sent a parcel to Port Elizabeth that had been tampered with and the contents removed. UTI have admitted to me in writing that they had investigated the matter and found that there were staff members that were involved in removing items from packages and resealing them.<br> After many many backwards and forward emails the final result was this :<br> UTI admits that the contents were taken whilst under their control.<br> Regardless of these facts, I will NOT be compensated for the missing item.<br> I also may not open a case of theft as they are conducting their own investigation, for which they have a case number.<br> Although Michelle is the name at the top, I have been given the run around and false promises by many other people, including Clinton Mccutcheon, Mogie Ramsamy, Makho Nkosi, Wesley Drever, Danie Gerber and Itumaleng Shale.<br> All of these people just put me onto somebody else just always hoping I would just stop out of frustration. Sending me from pillar to post with the eventual answer just being that they will do nothing about it.<br> Poor show for such a big company.
