It was the worst service I have ever received from a courier company
It was the worst service I have ever received from a courier company. They were unresponsive and unhelpful to assist us with locating a parcel for a whole week. After which we had to drive 40mins to their depot to collect ourselves. Ridiculous how pathetic the communication and service was. Will not recommend.
