It was my first time dealing with DSV

It was my first time dealing with DSV. The delivery was behind schedule and it was a very important document that I was waiting for. I called to inquire about my package, a lovely lady by the name of Gloria answered the phone. She listened to my query and was very polite, she emailed the query to the Customer Service agent named Janine Ray. Janine was on it! She managed to track my parcel and kept me posted every step of the way via email. Before dispatching my parcel, Shane, from the Despatch Department gave me a call to confirm my delivery details and ensured that the driver was well aware of my location and confirmed my contact details to avoid another delay. Shane, too was very friendly and professional. Then it was up to the driver, Mark to get the parcel to me and he too was very friendly and followed my clear instructions and directions as to my location.
