Incomplete delivery
Today your guy came to deliver my parcel. He left only one instead of two. As my first time ordering this item, I do not know they come in two boxes. Ref #: 283871_001. I have been calling, and no one wants to pick up the call. The Durban office, which is apparently responsible is nowhere to be attending to my situation. They are telling me Mohamed is on leave. This is so so wrong. I am angry, and I don't know what to do now. Someone needs to attend to this, or else I will act legally on this matter.
