WORST SERVICE with the most *********** staff members. A parcel was dropped at the lockers on 3 August for delivery to Durbanville. To date, 17 August 2021, the recipient is still waiting. Friday, 13 August 2021 Laluma confirmed the parcel arrived at the Cape Town depot on 13 August and will be going out for delivery on Monday, 16 August. 17 August 2021 I spoke to Itumeleng, who confirmed that the parcel left Gauteng, but cannot confirm if it was received by the CT depot. R700 worth of products bought by my client. Staff members Laluma lying to cover her own ass. I will never return to DSV after 3 or 4 years of loyal support. Still waiting for feedback
