My order from kingsmead shoes was delivered to the wrong address. This is irresponsible and negligence on the driver n company's part. Who would be liable if the parcel went missing. Sort out your staff and be more careful in future. If you can't handle delivering the goods to the correct person then let the more capable courier companies handle it like professionals. Useless and pathetic service.
