On the 29th of November A DSV driver called me to inform that he is on his way. He thought I was in Midrand because my MTN parcel was given to him, I confirmed that I'm in Heathway Randburg. He then said he will return the parcel and someone will call me. Today I call DSV several times to get an answer after 30min of holding the line and was advised that I rejected the order that was initially incorrectly packed by them and just to be transfered to Deliveries who didn't answer. I need my order!!! ***
