<p>Service from this company is pathetic. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for an FNB gold card and still waiting. I was told by an FNB agent that they will call me when they will deliver my card. I waited for about a week and nobody called. I called their contact centre only to find out they didnt had my address, I then gave my details and nobody called me on the scheduled day that my card was supposed to be delivered. I called them again for the i don't know hundredth time only to reschedule again to later this week and knowing them when the day comes there will be another problem. FNB i have a solution for you change your courier services!!!!!</p>
