We had a package send via Postnet that uses UTi as a sub-contractor. We paid for a service that was supposed to have the package delivered within 2 to 3 working days. The packaged was drop at Postnet on Saturday 23/01/2016 was to be delivered on the latest on Wednesday 27/01/2016 as it is under 2kg. <br> Needless to say it is Friday and we do not even know for sure where the package is. Postnet had an ear full because I keep them responsible for my delivery. They however forward all there correspondents with UTI to me and I then asked for the number and name of the manager at UTi head office. <br> I tried to call Christiaan but was told he is bussy so i send a email...<br> Here are my concerns with UTi's service<br> 1. The manager was not willing to take my call or reposnd on my email<br> 2. They can not read waybils<br> 3. The case manager for the package left work yesterday at 16H00 and no one carried on working on it<br> 4. Even in their incompetency and 3 days late on my deliver my package did not get priority and will be delivered whenever today<br> 5. Beside the manager none of the other receptions of my email responded... no sorry or anything from UTi<br> 6. Even postnet struggles to get respons
