*********** handling of deliveries

Study material was sent from UNISA dispatch centre on 29/01/15, recieved at the branch on 30/01/15. I contacted the branch on the 05/02/15, to follow up on my delivery and i got a mail to say that I would be contacted the following day, 06/02/15. After getting no response, i sent a follow up mail on the 10/02/15 to check what had been holding my parcel but I only got an apology for the inconvenience and nothing further happened. I am very frustrated as I have pending assignments and I don't know what else to do. Tracking number:UNIAS***3
