*********** drivers

I've ordered online and after 3 weeks I am still awaiting my parcel, today finally I get fed up n sit on the phone calling this company with no luck, I'm being transferred from person to person and finally the call gets cut of! I call back and the lady that assists me claims I have been contacted by the driver and I did not answer my phone, on 3 occasions which is quiet amusing as I received 1 call only on Monday 24th August from a private number some one claiming to have a parcel for me n as I explain were I work the call gets cut now it's the 26th I was supposed to receive my parcel 2 weeks ago now I should end up waiting another week why do we have courier services that hire such *********** drivers. If this is the service we get then I might as well use the post office!
