Incompetence is an understatement!

This is not the first or second time DSV has let me down. I use the locker facility for my small business because it is convenient but the delivery times, lack of communication, lack of urgency and incompetence of the customer care staff is shocking. I have yet another parcel sitting at their depot in Johannesburg from 3 Jan that still has not been delivered to the Johannesburg destination. Every customer care person we have spoken to has promised to get back to us, but hasnt. We were told the parcel is at 2 different locations. One said the tracking number doesnt exist. Incompetence is an understatement.
