Incompetence
My discovery bank card was suppose to be delivered today between 10-12. No delivery… I had to call manually to ask where my delivery was. Upon reaching dsv emalahleni, I was told my number does not exist. How can my phone number not exist if I’m phoning you from it?? Upon phoning a man at dsv, he told me that there are no drivers available… you are a courier company that can’t courier? Where is my parcel and when will it be by me or can I do your job for you and go fetch it at your offices?

28 Jun 2022, 11:49Now the driver couldn’t get in my gate and probably tried to phone me on the number I’ve already told you doesn’t exist and given the right number to you to phone twice. This is the most pathetic courier service I’ve ever come across in my entire life.
