Incompetence

So my parcel was hijacked from your courier guys 2 days ago and to date no one has gotten in touch with me. When I finally called in told yes you have it on the system that my parcel was hijacked but you'll don't have the senders info on the system and now it's my job to get in touch with the sender and imform her to claim for my parcel. Isn't that your job?

Any way what frustrates me is the non communications from your side. I literally had to be sent from pillar to post to get someone to tell me that I NEED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE SENDER 🙄. What ****a shop are you guys running there? Your customer service sucks.
