incompetence
<p>Ive been waiting for them to deliver my phone...ive called through to their call centre and i have been passed from pillar to post</p> <p> I am in hospital and i need them to deliver my phone because i dont have a cellphone. All they do is send me smses but when i call, i get a stupid response</p>
