Inappropriate deceit

Dsv driver could not be located and had me waiting all day had to take off from work. Upon calling them they had no idea. They had dumped my card at woolworths in centurion mall front door without the details of the card hence Mr Venancio at woolworths noted this they canot give me the card as they dumped mt card without information.
