The worst courier company in history

I upgraded a contract through MTN and was to receive a device from MTN through DSV

When I call DSV to track the device I am told that according to DSV MTN requested a return on the device when I called MTN they told me Dsv returned the device because they couldn’t get a hold of me

Mind you I have received no calls from Dsv, and further more the number they were to use to contact me is provided to them from MTN

This company has poor work ethic in every regard!!!

Now because of DSVs ignorance I must submit a whole new application and wait again for my device which Will unfortunately be going through Dsv again

This is really horrible service
