i only give credit when its due, just spoke with seipati from the DSV call center and she was super friendly , before having to speak to her i was transferred twice by different consultants who didn't really sound like they were in a mood to speak to me . Keep up with the friendly service you give to your clients, we can easily pick up when a consultant is happy to take our calls or not and i could sense your smile on that call.
