I would like to write a review about DSV Road
I would like to write a review about DSV Road. The service rendered was poor HP138. There was poor communication. There seems to be no control over the drivers whereabouts. The customer call centre have no real time view over operational activities and as a result, cannot update clients when queries are put in. I've contacted the call centre the Friday of the indicated delivery and received no joy. I then escalated the Saturday thereafter still for there to be no update and no idea as to what's really going on with my delivery the Monday. Only after escalating to Wesbank did I receive the necessary attention
