I would like to write a review about DSV Road Excellent customer service via both email and calls. The query logged was as a result of miscommunication between the university courier drop-off point and myself. The helpline was always responsive and helpful. It would have been nice if an sms was sent prior to delivery so as to alert me to possible delivery time changes (since I was expecting the package only at 17:00) Overall, I am still a satisfied customer.
