I would like to write a review about DSV Road and especially Tumi Diale, from the moment this lady answered the phone she was extremely helpful and tried every avenue to try help me, from more calls to mails and finally my lost package getting delivered, even earlier than expected. I want to commend her and tell her, keep up the good work, we need more customer service agents like Tumi, you are brilliant at your job and DSV is lucky to have you as an employee
