I would like to write a review about DSV Road
I would like to write a review about DSV Road. Terrible delivery service from the Rustenburg branch and poor customer service from the contact centre. I had to collect the parcel myself at the Rustenburg branch 6 working days after they did not deliver on the date as confirmed via sms, they dont answer the phones and the contact centre was unable to assist in any way. It took days for them to respond to me with no information. Very dissappointed. Will not make use of DSV again.
