I would like to write a review about DSV Road, bottom line DSV service is slow and the consultants give no feedback and when you reach a consultant all they say is we will email someone to try and escalate the issue.. I hope the service providers that use DSV as a courier service reads this review. I bought some items from New Balance directly and unfortunately until New Balance contracts an alternative courier company, I will not purchase anything from them again.
